Looking for a cool snack that does more than just taste good? This Frozen Yogurt Bark is a gut-friendly, immunity-boosting treat that kids (and adults) love. It’s packed with probiotics from yogurt, fiber from fruit, and prebiotics that feed the good bacteria in your kiddo’s gut.

Best of all? It’s easy to make, totally customizable, and a great way to support digestion and immune health, especially during warmer months or back-to-school season when germs are everywhere.

Why It Supports Gut Health + Immunity

  • Probiotics: Live cultures in yogurt help support the gut microbiome, which is closely linked to immune health (1).

  • Prebiotics: Adding Growing Up Prebiotics gives gut bacteria the fuel they need to grow and thrive (2).

  • Fiber + Antioxidants: Toppings like berries and seeds provide fiber, antioxidants, and nutrients that support both digestive health and immune function.

Frozen Yogurt Bark Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, only for kids over 1)

  • 1/2 cup of Growing Up Prebiotics

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)

  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, or ground flax (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt with maple syrup (if using) and Growing Up Prebiotics. Stir until smooth.

  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the parchment in about 1/4-inch thickness.

  4. Sprinkle berries, seeds, or flax evenly over the top.

  5. Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely solid.

  6. Break into pieces and store in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 2 weeks.

Kid-Friendly Variations

  • Swap berries for chopped mango, kiwi, or banana.

  • Drizzle with a little melted dark chocolate before freezing for an extra treat.

  • Use dairy-free yogurt if needed (look for one with live probiotic cultures).

Summary

This Frozen Yogurt Bark is more than a snack!  With probiotics, prebiotics, fiber, and antioxidants, it supports digestion, regularity, and immune resilience in a fun and delicious way.
