To ensure we are providing the highest quality and safest products for your kids, we do not accept returns – even if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. 

Every little one is unique, and it is important to us that our customers are happy. If you’re trying Begin Growing up Prebiotics for the first time, we recommend ordering our seven-day pack here, so you can make sure it’s the right fit for your family before committing to a full month's supply or subscription.

If Begin wasn’t a fit for your kiddo after trying the seven-day pack, you can email care@beginhealth.com within 30 days of your first order to initiate the process of receiving a refund for your order. We are not able to offer refunds for any full-size Begin product.
