My daughter has suffered from severe constipation for about two years. Had a GI doctor was prescribed everything they could think of but nothing was working or it would make it worse. We decided to try this due to reviews and it does help BUT it causes her to have cramps before she poops everytime. Some days it gets so problematic that she just fusses nonstop about her tummy pains and it is after she gets the begin health. So yes it has helped her get more regular with her pooping but cramps everytime... may or may not be worth it...

My son has severe constipation issues and has since he was approximately 3 he is now five. Potty training has been very difficult. He'll do well and then he reverts and this cycle goes on as every time he gets constipated he has a reversion and potty training. We started using daily grow up prebiotics and he didn't have a reversion for almost 3 months. I highly recommend trying this and decreasing miralax if you were in the same boat as me. We discovered miralax was causing him to have ADHD symptoms.
