We've been going through a significant journey for over 8 years and this is the first thing that has produced consistent results for our son. We have used diet changes, Metamucil, Mirilax, Senna, etc. It probably took about a week or two of taking the supplement every day and we've moved up to once in the morning and once in the evening. We're not quite up every day consistency, but we're getting really close (which is WAY better than where we were).
