Guacamole is already a gut-friendly powerhouse loaded with fiber and healthy fats, but this version levels it up with a sneaky scoop of Growing Up Prebiotics - perfect for our littles who are also picky eaters

Why Guacamole Supports Gut Health

  • Avocados are naturally rich in fiber and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats that support smooth digestion.

  • Healthy fats can help lubricate the digestive tract, making poops softer and easier to pass.

  • Prebiotic fiber from Growing Up Prebiotics adds extra digestive support to help feed the good gut bugs and keep things moving by softening stools (1)
