We started using this product for my 2 year old with occasional constipation and food allergies. While she still goes through harder periods of time where she needs additional help (so not like a miracle product or anything), I do feel like this powder does help her get additional fiber and prebiotics that benefit her gut. I will continue to use for her for the foreseeable future.

These prebiotics have helped my son so much! He has dealt with constipation from an early age and these prebiotics have helped keep him regular. My son is a picky eater so the unflavored powder makes it great to mix into his water bottle and he cant even tell! So happy we tried these!

I'm sending this to every parent that says they're child is struggling with constipation and scared to go potty. That was us 6 months ago. My daughter is now going at least every other day and even up to 2 times per day (she used to go 3-5 days between poops) and not struggling now - finally softer/normal poops! And she doesn't hold it or need encouragement to go try, just goes straight to the toilet on her own! So thankful for this product!!

So far I have loved using this for my almost 4 year old who struggles with pooping. She often withholds. With this product we have seen looser stools and her having more comfort. I also like that it is a clear flavorless powder. We have tried other products in the past but prefer something that can easily be added to water or juice.
