My children unfortunately have dealt with chronic constipation for years, using daily laxatives and still barely making a difference. We switched to using Begin Health over a year ago and have seen a massive difference in regularity and less bloating and pain. We even tested it for a bit, letting our subscription end to see if there was a difference being made. The constipation returned immediately and we were ready for our order when it arrived. So thankful for these products and for stumbling upon them to begin with. They’ve made a big difference for my kids.

My 10 year old has struggled with severe constipation since he was 9 months old. We have tried MANY medications and so much MiraLAX, suppositories, and diet changes. He recently this year struggled with pancreatitis and a friend asked if I had ever tried fiber (which we had) and if id ever heard about this brand. I thought to myself it probably wouldn’t work but if there’s any chance at all it COULD I would love to try it! My son still has to take his meds BUT this has helped tremendously!! He hasn’t had any extra complications and when taking it daily hasn’t had any problems in the bathroom, so I highly recommend!! We just add it to juice, applesauce, or whatever he is eating that’s soft/drinking!
