How to Use
- For ages 1-3yrs old: Mix 1 serving into at least 4-6 oz of water.
- For ages 4yrs+ and adults: Mix 2 servings into at least 8-12oz of water.
- Introductory Period: During the introductory period, some toddlers and kids may experience small amounts of gas or bloating. We recommend starting with half a packet and gradually reaching the recommended amount over several days.
