Authorized Practitioner Reseller Policy
Effective September 17, 2026
1. Overview & Purpose
This Authorized Practitioner Reseller Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which healthcare and wellness practitioners and clinics ("Authorized Practitioners") may purchase and resell products manufactured or distributed by Begin Health, Inc. ("Begin Health," "we," or "us") to their own patients and clients. Begin Health Products are formulated for use under the guidance of a qualified practitioner, and this Policy exists to protect product integrity, ensure patients receive accurate guidance, and maintain the value of the Begin Health brand for everyone who sells it in good faith.
This Policy applies to all individuals and clinics approved by Begin Health to purchase products at wholesale or practitioner pricing for resale, and to all products Begin Health makes available for practitioner resale. By applying for, accepting, or continuing practitioner-level pricing, an Authorized Practitioner agrees to comply with this Policy in full.
2. Definitions
Authorized Practitioner — a healthcare or wellness practitioner or clinic in active practice that Begin Health has approved, in writing, to purchase Begin Health Products at practitioner pricing for resale to their own patients.
End User — the ultimate consumer of a Begin Health Product: a practitioner's own patient or client who purchases the product for personal use and not for further resale.
Virtual Dispensary — a password-protected, account-based online storefront operated by an Authorized Practitioner (directly or through a Begin Health–approved platform) that requires each customer to have an individual login tied to that practitioner's care, as distinct from an open public storefront or marketplace listing.
Begin Health Products — any product sold under the Begin Health brand or any related brand Begin Health designates as eligible for practitioner resale.
3. Application & Authorization Process
To become an Authorized Practitioner, a healthcare or wellness practitioner or clinic must submit an application to Begin Health that includes proof of active practice (for example, a business license, professional certification, or other documentation Begin Health accepts), a valid business or clinic address, and any other information Begin Health reasonably requests to verify the applicant's practice. Begin Health reviews applications at its sole discretion and will notify the applicant in writing of approval or denial.
Approval is not automatic and confers no ownership interest, exclusivity, or territorial protection unless expressly granted in writing. An Authorized Practitioner must keep their application information current and promptly notify Begin Health of any change in practice status, business name, or ownership. Begin Health may require re-verification of practitioner status at any time and may suspend practitioner pricing pending that verification.
4. Permissible Customers
Authorized Practitioners may sell Begin Health Products only to their own patients or clients for those individuals' personal use as End Users. Authorized Practitioners may not sell, transfer, or otherwise supply Begin Health Products to any other person or entity that intends to resell, redistribute, or otherwise place the products back into commerce, including other practitioners, clinics, retailers, or distributors who are not separately authorized by Begin Health.
Bulk or wholesale-quantity purchases inconsistent with an individual practice's typical patient volume may be treated as evidence of unauthorized redistribution and are grounds for Begin Health to request documentation or suspend the practitioner's account.
5. Online & Marketplace Sales Restrictions
Authorized Practitioners may not offer or sell Begin Health Products through open online marketplaces or public storefronts — including Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, other third-party marketplaces, or a practitioner's own public-facing website — without Begin Health's prior written consent. This restriction exists to ensure patients receive products alongside the clinical guidance and storage conditions Begin Health Products require.
As an exception, an Authorized Practitioner may sell Begin Health Products through a Virtual Dispensary: a password-protected, account-based online portal, operated directly by the practitioner or through a platform Begin Health has approved for this purpose, where each customer must create an account tied to that practitioner's care before purchasing. A Virtual Dispensary must not be indexed, advertised, or otherwise made available for purchase by the general public without an existing practitioner relationship.
Begin Health may request evidence that an online sales channel meets the Virtual Dispensary requirements above and may revoke consent for any channel found to violate this Policy.
6. Pricing & MAP Policy
Begin Health publishes a Minimum Advertised Price ("MAP") for its Products. Authorized Practitioners may not advertise, list, or display Begin Health Products — online or in print — at a price below the current MAP, though a practitioner remains free to set the actual transaction price charged in-office. "Advertise" includes list prices on a website or Virtual Dispensary, printed materials, email or SMS marketing, and any third-party platform.
Begin Health does not restrict the price a practitioner charges to a specific patient at the point of sale, and this Policy does not require any practitioner to charge any particular price to an End User. Bundling Begin Health Products with other goods or services in a way that effectively discounts them below MAP is treated the same as a direct price violation. Begin Health reviews reported MAP concerns and may request supporting documentation before taking action.
7. Sales & Marketing Practices Standards
Authorized Practitioners must represent Begin Health Products accurately and professionally, and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those governing the practice of their profession and the advertising of dietary supplements or wellness products. Authorized Practitioners may not make any diagnostic, treatment, or cure claims, or any other health or medical claim that Begin Health has not published or approved in its own labeling and marketing materials.
Authorized Practitioners may not make unauthorized warranties or guarantees on Begin Health's behalf, use deceptive or misleading advertising, or disparage Begin Health, its products, or other Authorized Practitioners. All marketing materials referencing Begin Health Products by name should be consistent with Begin Health's current labeling and claims.
8. Product Handling & Care Requirements
Authorized Practitioners must store Begin Health Products in their original packaging, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, and in accordance with any storage instructions printed on the product label (including refrigeration requirements for temperature-sensitive items). Products must be inspected upon receipt, and any damage, defect, or suspected tampering should be reported to care@beginhealth.com promptly, before the product is offered for sale.
Authorized Practitioners must monitor their inventory for expiration dates and remove any expired product from sale immediately. Authorized Practitioners agree to cooperate fully and promptly with any product recall, safety notice, or quality investigation Begin Health initiates, including providing purchase records reasonably requested to trace affected inventory.
9. Intellectual Property & Trademark Use
Begin Health grants each Authorized Practitioner a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Begin Health's trademarks, logos, and product names solely to advertise and sell Begin Health Products as permitted by this Policy. This license ends automatically if the practitioner's authorization ends.
Authorized Practitioners may not register or use any domain name, social media handle, or business name that incorporates "Begin Health" or any confusingly similar variation; bid on "Begin Health" or related trademarked terms in paid search advertising; or otherwise use Begin Health's intellectual property in a way that could suggest an affiliation, endorsement, or level of exclusivity Begin Health has not granted in writing.
10. Compliance, Audits & Reporting
Begin Health may periodically request information or documentation to confirm an Authorized Practitioner's compliance with this Policy, including proof of active practice, evidence that an online sales channel meets the Virtual Dispensary requirements, or records addressing a specific complaint or concern. Authorized Practitioners agree to respond to such requests within a reasonable time.
Begin Health may investigate suspected violations reported by patients, other practitioners, or its own monitoring of online marketplaces and advertised pricing, and may take any of the actions described in Section 11 based on the results.
11. Term, Termination & Enforcement
Authorization under this Policy continues until terminated by either party. Begin Health may suspend or terminate an Authorized Practitioner's authorization at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice (email is sufficient). Grounds for termination include, without limitation, violation of this Policy, ceasing to be in active practice, providing false information during the application process, or conduct that Begin Health reasonably believes harms patients or the Begin Health brand.
Upon termination, the Authorized Practitioner must immediately stop representing themselves as an Authorized Practitioner, stop using Begin Health's trademarks and marketing materials, and remove any Virtual Dispensary listings of Begin Health Products. Termination does not entitle the practitioner to a refund, buy-back, or other compensation for existing inventory unless Begin Health agrees otherwise in writing.
12. Policy Modifications & Contact Information
Begin Health may amend this Policy at any time by publishing an updated version. Continuing to purchase or sell Begin Health Products after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Authorized Practitioners are responsible for periodically reviewing this Policy for changes.
Questions about this Policy, applications for authorization, product defects, or suspected violations should be directed to care@beginhealth.com.
