I spent years struggling with my own gut issues, trying every "solution" and getting nowhere. The more I researched, the more I realized that adult health problems often have their roots in early childhood.
I looked at options for kids and was shocked. Most were filled with sugar and artificial fillers. Parents were overwhelmed by childhood constipation, given overprescribed over-the-counter remedies with no real solution that addresses the microbiome.
Then I discovered that a baby's gut ecosystem is established in the earliest years: setting the foundation for lifelong health. The answer was already in nature: HMOs, the powerful prebiotics in breast milk that serve as the gold standard for human development.
