Major fan of the dual action
Love taking Prebiotics and Magnesium together to support gut health and gentle digestion. The flavor of the pink lemonade is smooth and the peace of mind of having great ingredients without any hidden additives or fillers excites me most about this product. Works wonders!
My child has been dealing with constipation from withholding for awhile now. She also does not eat enough veggies and fruit so we struggled a lot. From taking this daily, she had lost the fear of going poop and hasn’t cried anymore. She’s been more consistent and going about every day to every other. They are normal and painless!

Great alternative for Senna/Miralax from Doc
We have been through the ringer with my son, including subscribed daily Senna and Miralax if he is not going. I didn't want this to be his life and wanted him off medication. A friend recommended I look into the Growing Up Magnesium and I chose this bundle. It has been even better than the prescriptions and its natural. I am glad we went this route.

Easy way to help with chronic constipation
My son was diagnosed with encopresis because he would not use the bathroom at school. I tried Miralax off and on for a long time, and it was difficult to stay consistent, and I think it's not good to use that kind of thing every day. The Begin Health prebiotic is great because it can be given in smaller cups of water, easier and faster for my son to take in the morning and at night. So far I have seen improvement in his gut health in just two weeks. I'm excited to keep using the product and think it is worth it if your child suffers from similar problems.
