Our now 3.5 year old was struggling with constipation pretty much since starting solids. The same struggle it seems like most toddler parents are dealing with.
We started with growing up probiotics and that helped but we still were facing withholding and occasional constipation. As soon as this growing up magnesium came out, I ordered it and this has been the extra piece we needed. We have been using this plus the probiotic daily for our 3.5 year old and 2 year old pretty much since it hit the market. The only pause we had was when they had trouble keeping it in stock. And we noticed fewer bowel movements during that time.
I now find myself wishing I was as regular as my kids. They have healthy bowel movements 2-3 times daily. Is there an adult version coming soon?!

I know this product is marketed for kids, but I randomly ended up trying it myself and it’s honestly been one of my favorite finds. I’ve been taking it every night for over six months, and it’s become part of my bedtime routine.
It helps me sleep like a baby, and I’ve also noticed a big difference in my digestion and regularity. The flavor is great, and I really appreciate the clean ingredients.
I’m 39 years old, so definitely not the target audience, but I can genuinely say this works 10/10. don’t let the “for kids” label stop you from giving it a try 😅

My child has struggled with constipation since he was a premie; he’s now 10. We’ve tried a lot of things over the years. After a traumatic experience with miralax we switched to begin health. It took some trial and error to find the correct dose, but this is effective and so much gentler on his system. We’re subscribers and make sure we always have it available.
