My daughter has struggled with constipation since we introduced solid foods as a baby. We have seen GI and done miralax and lactulose with minimal success. I came across an ad for begin health and we decided to try it. It took about a month to see results, but they have been amazing! She goes much more consistently and easily. She used to fight going due to pain, but now withholds much less. I was worried that potty training would be difficult due to her stooling issues, but she goes very willingly on the potty. She is still taking miralax, but we have been able to wean it down. This product has really helped her!

I got this for my daughter and it has definitely helped her a lot but on occasion we have to also give her some mirilax along with the begin health if she goes more than 2 days without pooping (she has gone 17 days before 😳🫣). My husband started taking it too and now he is going every day, when previously he would only go 1-2 times a week! Sometimes my son’s stool will be too bulky, causing him to bleed a little and this helps soften for him too! Begin Health is soooo much better than mirilax, which would make the poop seep out of my daughter. It was awful. Begin Health just softens it and makes it so much easier for her to pass her movement!
