Suggested use: As a prebiotic supplement for toddlers ages 1yr to 3yrs, we recommend one (1) packet daily. For kids ages 4yrs and up, we recommend up to two (2) packets daily given separately. During the introductory period, some toddlers and kids may experience small amounts of gas or bloating. We recommend starting with half a packet and gradually reaching the recommended amount over several days.
Directions: Mix the contents of one (1) packet into at least 4-6 oz. of fluid such as milk, water or a preferred drink; prebiotic powder may also be easily mixed with yogurt and other foods as part of a snack or meal.
Cautionary statement: If your toddler or kid is taking any medication or has a medical condition, consult their health care professional prior to using this product.

We are on our second month of use. Daily Growing up probiotics has been working for my 2 year old daughter that suffers from constant constipation. Her bowel movements have been more regulated and less stress for her and myself. Thank you to daily growing up probiotics I no longer have to see my daughter in pain or uncomfortable due to constipation. Definitely recommend this product.
Let's just say, when we miss a dose, my son REALLY struggles with his BMs. We have tried everything! We were told about this, and boy has it been a game changer. It's easy to hide in almost anything (picky eater approved) and really helps get things going every day, on a regular basis! Only complaint is that it doesn't dissolve well in anything cold. Clumps a bit, so try and get whatever you are using to room temp first!
Bought these a month ago and just started our little boy on the two packets a day. He’s a withholder and this weekend he finally used the bathroom. I’m not sure if the packets helped him feel the need to go or not but we will be continuing our use to see how it goes.
