Your subscription benefits include our monthly subscribe & save discount, worry free auto-fill every 28 days, free shipping with every order and flexible options to modify, pause, or cancel your subscription.

One-Time Purchases

If you’re not ready to start a subscription, then a one-time purchase option is for you. You'll receive a one-time delivery of the product you purchased.

Once orders are placed, we start processing them immediately and will do our best to accommodate any adjustments. We are unable to change or cancel orders that have already been shipped.

We currently do not offer free samples. For customers who are interested in trying our product, we recommend getting started with the Growing Up Prebiotics 28-pack that is available for purchase here.

The travel size is only available for current subscribers as a one time purchase within your subscription portal or within the Families-on-the-Go bundle.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel prior to your next billing cycle, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your order renewal directly in your account using passwordless sign on here.

Please note that any cancellations that occur after your order renewal will take effect in your next billing cycle. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.

Yes! For subscribe & save customers we offer the ability to make changes in your account at any time 24 hours prior to your subscription renewal time.

Once you have logged into your account, within Subscriptions select either “skip next order” or “set next order date.”

Once you have logged into your account, within Subscriptions, scroll down to “pause subscription” and choose the amount of time you wish to pause.

Once you have logged into your account, within Subscriptions select “swap product” and make your selection.

Once you have logged into your account, within Subscriptions select “frequency” and update your selection.

Once you have logged into your account, within Profile under “shipping address,” update your address. To have your correct address reflected in your next billing cycle, please update your address at least 24 hours ahead of your billing renewal.

Once you have logged into your account, within Payment Methodsyou can update your payment details.

Once you have logged into your account, within Subscriptions, scroll down to “cancel subscription.”

If you’re having trouble logging in to your account you may have entered an email address that was not associated with your order, or you may have only made a one time purchase.

Policies

To ensure we are providing the highest quality and safest products for your kids, we do not accept returns or issue refunds – even if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. 

By selecting the Subscribe & Save option and placing an order through our subscription program, you acknowledge and accept our terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Unless otherwise specified, your subscription will automatically renew every 28 days or on the recurring basis per the frequency you have selected (28 days, 56 days, 84 days) until you cancel. 

We will automatically charge you the total, then-current price of the item(s) in your subscription order on the date that order is processed, less the subscription program discount plus applicable taxes and shipping fees, each delivery frequency period upon renewal until you cancel.

You authorize Begin Health or its third-party payment processing provider(s) to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method based on the delivery frequency you select until you cancel. 

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BEGIN HEALTH WILL NOT OBTAIN ANY ADDITIONAL AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU FOR SUCH AUTOMATIC, RECURRING PAYMENTS.

Once your subscription order is placed our warehouse works to ship it as soon as possible. We are unable to accept returns or refund subscription orders that have already shipped. 

Login to your account to make updates to your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date to see your changes reflected in this billing cycle. Any changes made within 24 hours of your subscription renewal will be reflected in your next billing cycle. 

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL YOU CANCEL. YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ANYTIME BY LOGGING INTO YOUR ACCOUNT, NAVIGATING TO THE “MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION” PAGE, SELECTING “MANAGE” AND “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.” YOU MUST CANCEL WITH AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE NEXT SCHEDULED SHIP DATE TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND. SHOULD YOU CANCEL AFTER THAT TIME FRAME, YOUR PAYMENT IS NON‑REFUNDABLE, AND YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL CONTINUE UNTIL THE END OF THAT MONTH’S BILLING PERIOD.

Once your order is placed, our warehouse works to ship it out as soon as possible. Subscription orders are placed with your consent and once shipped, we are therefore no longer able to cancel. 

If you no longer wish to continue the subscription, or want to make any modifications, please login to your account and make modifications at least 24 hours before your subscription renewal date. 

A $7 restocking fee will be applied to all cancel requests, if your order has already been processed.

Damaged Items
If you received a damaged item, please send a photo of the package to care@beginhealth.com within 48 hours, and we will be happy to take care of that for you!

Lost or Delayed Items Policy 

We occasionally experience shipping delays due to weather events and other shipping issues that are out of our control. Please allow 48 hours after your shipment is expected to arrive to contact us at care@beginhealth.com about a lost or delayed shipment. 

If you have any concerns about when your prebiotics will arrive, please contact our care team at care@beginhealth.com and we will do everything we can to take care of your needs. 

Returned Shipments

Unauthorized returns and shipments returned due to delivery failure will be subject to shipping and handling charges.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

If you are a subscribe & save customer, you can also track your order by logging into your account and navigating to Order History.

Once you are logged into your account, within Your Orders, click Order History to review your list of your past orders. Click on Track Order with USPS and you will be redirected to your tracking link. If you are unable to successfully track your order, please contact care@beginhealth.com.

We offer a variety of shipping methods for your convenience. If you're opting for our free shipping service, your order will be shipped via economy with an expected delivery in 5-12 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been received and fulfilled

Currently we offer shipping in the USA. For international shipping or special circumstances please contact us at care@beginhealth.com.

Most shipments are sent via USPS and UPS depending on your zip code and requested shipping method.

Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered before it arrives at your door, and it can take up to two to three days for your package to be delivered to you.

Check your confirmation email and make sure your shipping address is correct.

Check with your neighbors, front desk, or other possible delivery areas.


Check your tracking link for an attempted delivery notice and follow the steps provided to retrieve your package.


If you are still unable to find your package after three days past delivery confirmation notice, please contact our customer care team at care@beginhealth.com.

We are not responsible for replacement of packages if you accidentally provided us with the incorrect address or you moved. Please place a new order with your correct address. If you are a subscribe & save customer, please update your address in your account and that will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

Ah Poop! We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send a photo of the damaged package to care@beginhealth.com within 48 hours of receipt and our customer care team will be happy to help.
