Suggested use: As a prebiotic supplement for toddlers ages 1yr to 3yrs, we recommend one (1) packet daily. For kids ages 4yrs and up, we recommend up to two (2) packets daily given separately. During the introductory period, some toddlers and kids may experience small amounts of gas or bloating. We recommend starting with half a packet and gradually reaching the recommended amount over several days.
Directions: Mix the contents of one (1) packet into at least 4-6 oz. of fluid such as milk, water or a preferred drink; prebiotic powder may also be easily mixed with yogurt and other foods as part of a snack or meal.
Cautionary statement: If your toddler or kid is taking any medication or has a medical condition, consult their health care professional prior to using this product.

Family size is awesome size for my daughter. She’s two and this definitely helps her be regular she’s usually constipated so this paired with probiotics is helping her a lot.
My 17 month old, has had constipation since an early age. At 12 months, her pediatrician recommended Miralax. Recently, I began reading the cons of Miralax on children (specifically). I automatically began researching other options, and that’s when I found Begin Health. I stopped giving her Miralax when I placed my order. It’s only been 1 week since I began giving my little one 1 scoop a day, and let me tell you, my worries and concerns that it wouldn’t work, vanished on day 1. This stuff works! I even take some myself, a couple days and it helped me!

My 8yr old started experiencing constipation after being introduced to solid foods at 6mo old. It got worse when she weaned from breast milk at 2 yrs old, and continued to worsen as she got older. Doctors did labs and ultrasounds, yet found nothing wrong, so they believed it was a mental block. Maybe, but who can blame her if bowel movements meant 2 painful hours on the toilet. They prescribed Miralax and Movicol Junior over the years, but there was little success and my daughter claimed she could taste it, which made taking it more difficult. We did elimination diets, increased fiber, increased water intake, and exercised more. Her body just would not regulate.
When I saw the Begin Health product I thought it was worth a try. We started with the individual packets, and quickly saw results. She couldn't detect the taste, either. There were about 2-3 "urgent" days, as her system was cleared out, but then there was normalcy for the first real time in years. We soon invested in the family size pack, but are now at the point where we no longer have to take it daily, unlike the other products where the constipation came back as soon as we stopped them. Now she takes Begin Health in her drink 1-2x a week for maintenance, and has been regular for 2 months now. So thankful for this product!

My daughter is almost done with her first 28 day supply, and we have noticed significant improvement already. She still struggles a little, but I also think that’s more so because she is scared, due to the fact she has been struggling with constipation her whole life, so she cries when she feels it coming. I definitely believe it’s doing the trick so far, because her stools are definitely loosening up more and more. Such an amazing feeling to see her feel such relief. I really hope this product continues to work. My daughter has struggled with her body becoming familiar with a product, and it no longer working after a few weeks. I’m really hoping it continues to work. I’m staying hopeful, especially since it’s been almost a full month!
